It’s been reported but the SEC works at turtle speed. Another stock I follow had been repeatedly reported since 2012, the SEC filed against that one and it’s CEO just this year for issuing materially false press releases to fraudulently induce investors to buy stock. It’s disappointing that it takes so long, but it appears they’re overloaded.
