If they wanted to, they probably could've increased AS to convert but since conversion rights have been eliminated, we know that won't be happening.

Cash, it removes the possibility of a large A/S increase to make room for the previous conversion feature that was attached. So now that the conversion feature has been removed and the A/S has actually been reduced, the next sequence of valuation driving catalysts arriving will have a far more dramatic effect on the ever-evolving/emerging valuation metrics coming into play over these next few weeks k glty!
