Very probably- most likely the November 7th debtors counsel with Judge Walrath will be revealing.

If they value the ore and the plant and machinery they can’t possible sell the company for less than the adjusted equity figure- whatever that is - 453m was it? Which would give our warrants a value going forward- this is how I read it anyway.

Let’s see... we know that 13m isn’t going to last long in a mining operation so something is in the works i guess...
