Received a response on the conversions, dilution for $RETC from Mark Gilbert the IR rep, what he told me sort of falls inline with what you are saying about new financing.

We will not be disclosing what would be deemed as :inside information" as defined by the SEC and therefore cannot disclose to you information about the status of any conversions in advance of any release to the public

So there very well as you stated could be new undisclosed financing on the table.

In regards to the last notes he sort of implied the one dated 8/20/18 seems to be included in the totals provided on 10/11/18 on otcmarkets.com
