That dilution is not a concern; it’s relatively little. The o/s will remain small even when fully diluted with the shares from this settlement. It was already factored into the current price drop and I imagine it will be leaked out well into next year. It’s in the shareholders best interest to sell at the highest possible price not down at these levels.
