squeezed fresh cantalope or similar melons from the melon capital of Utah
and juiced in a restaurant quality
juicer is my beverage of choice for endurance rides and hikes

what have you learned works for your vitality nourishment during rides?
A great many of my family members and cycling buds use synthetically derived products in their fluid intake while riding.

I have stuck with juiced melon since the early 1980's when commuting 22-miles daily to and from my volunteer work.

I am interested in your experience with inputs, when you have the time. Always room to try something new.
