I think the first city was done months ago. We saw pictures. I do not know if that generated any revenue but I would guess it might have been a proof of concept deal.
Haiti seems to be still in play but I think Dan had stated other countries might be easier to get going with projects due to sounder govt's etc. That might be what Jeff was talking about with other announcements.
Still need a bunch of things to go right here, but I believe if we get those revenues started it might change things for these fence sitting people looking to invest. At least I hope so.
