The attorney that Kim fired has significant problems with the SEC.
The Ross shells - HFBG was suspended - GRCU is being investigated by the SEC - but Kim cleaned out the trash and kept NGCG from being in the SEC crosshairs. Yes he fired Coldicutt.
There hasn't been a paid promotion except for the serial scammer that attempted to frontload and do a pump and dump (The Carlos Reyes group) - Pennies Gone Wild. But I exposed that scam and put it to sleep.
Kim still has his shares - the O/S is still the same as is the A/S.
Where is the scam - there isn't one - for it to be a scam post your DD to prove that Kim has profited from NGCG.
