For what it's worth Pypr looks good technically but has to hold new highs on a two day closing basis. Below 2 is where the failure would be confirmed.
No idea about the fundamentals as there are billions of shares out there, but i bow to Docs greater wisdom in that area. I've dipped my toe in and will look for new highs to consider adding.
