I've seen quite few tickers in my day that either where announcing partnering up with someone or a general news release ie contract signed only to be found out it was bogus within either hours later or at very least following day maybe 2 . Now nothing is guaranteed with this loi but it's been one full week since being announced you would think by now it would be picked up by the other company that if it was false report being put out.
