I believe it's retail manipulation by an individual or group, if you see the sells are so small to get the price down, load up much larger lower for another .01 +++ run.

No notes due until January 2019

I know the Penny Market is in love with the evil market makers but they don't play games, unless maybe they are AI, but simply they are order routing systems.

I guess we will see another update to otcmarkets in November if no increase or marginal increase I believe this will confirm what I said above.
