If we get BTD and a partner, the development costs (and time) will be lower and the partner would like that very much. We would too, even though we would no longer be bearing the development costs. It benefits us because it means the drug is more valuable in negotiations, so some of that economic benefit of BTD gets conferred to us (if we do a deal after BTD verdict and the verdict is positive).
