The majority of common equity shareholders like myself would rather save our money versus blowing it on useless law suits, and expensive attorneys.

And by the way, the government has way more money than Bruce Berkowitz; and they will bury him.

How can Berkowitz continue to fight with Sears going Bankrupt and St. Joe going down the toilet?
