How does one submit a proxy without marking it? Once the online proxy is opened, doesn’t one have to mark it with a ‘For’, ‘Against’, or ‘Abstain’ and then submit it? And who and/or for what reason hands-in (submits) paper ballots without doing anything to or on the ballot itself?
