Had you done your DD you would know that the final inspection can not take place until the move has been completed. It would make no sense to do an inspection in the location they are currently in and then have to do another inspection. Did you also notice Framingham the location they are moving to has waived all fees and taxes to the city which growers and dispensaries are required to pay at the tune of about 15%. Unfortunately, the Mass. is a few months out but definitely happening. Surprised you have not posted thi sand distorted the facts. Guess it is easier to just post negatives with no balance of the truth. Your perception of the truth is based on your opinion and not the fast changing industry itself. Sell and move on shorty.
While we desperately need Mass. to get on-line the fact is Canada is happening and rather soon we will have 2 more labs operating in Ca. which I believe will increase revenues nicely. Also until Mass. gets their crap together and opens recreational dispensaries we are losing nothing and really giving us time to get the new state of the art lab ready. Patience is required as change is imminent.
PS I believe Jan.1 should be the date for opening give or take a few weeks.
