Thanks for that post, I haven't received my order from Sept. 17 so I called and left a message for Mr. Rosenberg. The doll called me back VERY quickly and we had a good chuckle. He thought my payment hadn't been received so I had to explain to him how Paypal worked. He said he'd ship my stuff out Fedex since I'd waited so long. I told him we (iHubbies) we're understanding of their growing pangs and that we'd be patient while they work out the kinks. I asked him if they were getting a lot of orders, and he almost couldn't speak stumbling on his words. He said the volume is so heavy they can't keep up and don't yet have the manpower to handle it, but are doing everything they can (I couldn't help but smile and encourage him). Told him we couldn't WAIT til they got here to the STATES, and to HURRY UP!!! He laughed and said, "I know I know, we're working on it!" I wanted to mama him, I feel like this is our little iHub baby, LMAO :)))))

Wish I could go up there and volunteer in their marketing/merch dept, sounds like they could use the help!

FYI, I also went to the website today and called the general company ph# listed on the website. A message came on quickly that said "this mailbox does not accept messages..." Nothing about TFN. NOT GOOD, and unprofessional. Told Rosenberg they should fix it.
