Valid points, but I believe lack of inventory is the issue, just my opinion. Large sellers like HD require a specific amount of inventory to roll 'new' products out, most likely Pura cannot meet the number.

Market did have a down day, but some OTC offerings are not affected by what the major markets do. Look at Bally Corp (BLYQ) today.
