Based on the posts on Investorshub for the companies mentioned in my previous post plenty of people said they did report him to the SEC.The question then becomes, did the SEC act on their complaints?.Janon has been active for a long time probably for in excess of ten years so knows how to sail close to the wind but hopefully he is not as smart as he thinks he is and has slipped up somewhere along the way.I am of the belief that if the SEC does investigate him then they will find grounds to sanction him, whatever that may be, financial or custodial. He has put out so many PR's over the years indicating his intention to advance his companies through deals and Joint Ventures which never came to pass. The SEC would expect documentary evidence to back up these claims. If you proceed with your complaint many here will be very interested/ hopeful that you get a good result.Personally I have been vilified more times than I would wish to remember for my negative posts, including a message saying they knew who I was and my account would be terminated.I assumed it came from within the Janon camp, it may or may not have been.I kept posting but much of the due diligence I posted, all factual no speculation, was deleted.Good luck with your endeavour.
