Well shareholders paid 35 million....or at the least ENABLED 35 million $ worth of IP to be purchased with equity rather than cash, according to the filings.
TBH I don’t mind what it is or what it takes, I just want Umbra to get the stock to reflect the value of the company claimed in filings and disclosure. There’s lots of metrics to use; 45,000$ in last Q, or 35 million $ in IP claimed, or 5 years of R&D with a 20 million $ NOL. If CEO was good he could be able to sustain 50 million market cap from those facts alone, or .05 PPS, but instead we’re 100x lower than that (literally).
Managing the PPS and company image is part of his job, and he’s just not doing it. Enough is enough
