It's a cheap price to pay for three more months of ignorant newbies buying into the IDWD scam while you are unloading paper offshore into the buying. An IR firm would cost him more and be less effective in furthering the scam. No one ever said Downsie was an ineffective con man. He has been scamming people out of their money for close to the 16 years that we know about.
