Love the info, btw- I only referenced 'r/s' and the negatives of it because there was talk here of os too high and need of it, I disagreed, it wasn't neccessary. We'll be fine thru hardwork and deals ahead.

I wonder if the Reg A+ offering has been complete yet. Per Uptick in June, he said the offering would be complete by Sept 1. I was just wondering if that happened on time. I don't know where they were at in the process of doing it when he said that, but the process can take 4-5 months and about 2 months from the time SEC responds to the statement filing. Have they said if it is complete?

Thanks Yogi for taking the time to follow up and sharing these responses with us. Based on some of the CEO's responses, I think we can try to avoid asking questions on these same topics in the future that have been previously addressed; some by a PR (i.e. R/S).

I think the second part of the quote 1 response is very interesting.
