Did you notice the Purchase Agreements second closing date? There was a 30 days after initial closing date or 2 days after IPIX submitted the end of phase 2 FDA meeting plus 8K? Which occurred on Oct 10th one day after this agreements first closing date. Meaning the entire first tranche of 2000 series b shares have already been handed out.....

Am I reading that right?
