I just went back to all of the filings. I also found it in the 12.12.07 filing by Econoshare for the completion of acquisition. It was an 8-K. The filing preceding that one didn't have Menon's name in it. My mistake was only searching 10-K's.

The longest the incorrect resume was used in filings would have been approximately three years. 2007, 2008 and 2009. It wasn't fraudulent, but, it was sloppy. The error was corrected in the 2010 filing.

Leo was trying to raise money to cure cancer. The same cancer that took his parents life. You really think he’s reviewing menon’s history in a 10k? You think there’s other more important stuff in the 10k that he needs to make sure is correct? Cut and paste on Menon’s history. It happens. Leo doesn’t walk on water. None of us do. A simple oversight. How about that P53 modulation happening. Good stuff! Right? Could possible help cure cancer! Pretty great huh?
