Mike- its-more-than-not-knowing-instead-the-*term-fake-news-applies-better and instead as a coming legal question for both the owners with possibly worse from any type of a serious investigation opened and the bad press that could take the price to any valuation.
I know of..one complainer privately ..that at this point things becoming obvious and0 in fact much..more than just being capable of planning a suit for statements that appear to conflict this is beyond saying Ihat they did not know..
