Yup, Genomer, Bob takes care of himself. Landscaping the yard, etc. SVTE is just his ATM and unsuspecting buyers are filling it for him.
Folks know Cash-man; much historical DD on him. I'd be worried if he didn't P&D it again. The SVTE ATM is prolly due for refill soon. GL

I whole-heartedly agree with that.

Just for fun, I googled his management office knowing that it was his home. I couldn't help but notice the large boat on his side yard. I laughed when the street view showed his 1/3 acre front yard in the process of being re-lanscaped.
