Well, not 0 dilution, but realistic, even positive dilution. 10m issued on 10/11 per OTC verified market profile. I'm sure they issued to Selinger to keep him on board. I'm willing to eat 10m to go national within a year, as are many others here. Just a drop in the bucket, but to say 0 dilution would be incorrect unfortunately.
