Good post. Someone who is taking up a lot of airtime on GCAN says Wayne is dumping. I told him it wasn't believable. Wayne is a weeny. But, he's a weeny with lots of GCAN shares. These two are not coincidental facts. And, it's going to stay that way.

Looking again at 4/26/18 10-K/A:
I figured out 18.31%. UNGS got it's 19.9% of GCAN before Wayne ended up taking personally or selling for cash an additional 475,000 shares of GCAN. 2M GCAN shares ended up in Wayne's account as compensation.

Also, these numbers are missing another 7.4M GCAN shares for Officers and Directors as a Group or Wayne. So, Wayne would own about 9.4M GCAN shares or around 30% give or take. We're talking about Wayne. So, take is probably more applicable.

If this filing is true, Wayne took GCAN shares equivalent to 3.7B shares of UNGS.

I know it's a lot of numbers. Remember, the best place to hide something is in plain sight.
