100 million shares are you saying this 100 million shares has only reduced the debt with $300,000 .normally they only have to issue 1.2 million shares for that amount.

Isn't this robbery ?

Was it initially $1.8 million.
So we have another 500 million shares to go?

And is the CBD subsidiary getting that premium? that 25-30m dollars

The appreciated value is all equity they are pulling out and hopefully using to pay down expansion and research.

Just to clarify it.
where is that money don't seem to find any of that in Q1 and Q2 results.
