Yes i see that. But are we not patiently waiting for the rest of the filings that will make him current?

Is he NOT still very much delinquent? Of course he is. But he is working on the remnant, no? In fact, he will STILL be delinquent for the 3rd Q, since he makes no reference to it. But he is doing his best, we understand.

Says he: Now that we’ve filed the K we’re submitting the 1st Q next week then working on the 2nd Q , the Q should go much faster then the K
