I already said it's close to $1.83 per SIAF share if you include both distributions which you have to do because you qualify for both on Nov 15.

A bit less now, because we had some more dilution, so let's make it $1.75.

I think this is a fair valuation, TODAY. The MegaFarm could be worth more (because it was valued at cost) but for that they need to ramp up significantly and that hasn't happened yet. So I would say $1.75 is fair.

Increased value (and growth) will however come from the TRW trade division, contracts for ODRAS from TRW, and what they are doing with cooperatives, the potential for really big contracts.

But for now, for this year, for your personal finances and record, I will book $1.25 or whatever the number will be, based on 2016, and only the first distribution. The same as what the Dutch tax agency expects me to do.

Based on the current numbers, the first distribution is $1.263 per SIAF share. The 2nd distribution $0.26 for a total of $1.52 per SIAF share.

If we assume $60M in profit for TRW the past 2 years then we can add another $0.27 for a total of $1.79 per SIAF share.

If the trade division ramps up nicely then we can target $2,50 per SIAF share. Today.

Wake up Buffett, Icahn, and all you geniuses out there. Once we get the ex-date from FINRA it will be final.
