How MUCH revenue rises matters also. $2.3K to $19.1K. That's approximately 9x from one Quarter to the next. Now, if they could book $100K or a bit more of revenue in Q4, THAT would be something really positive to get the "train moving". But if they only book, say, $25K or $30K in Q4, then that's not enough, and the s/p will still languish from .01 - .02.
