PYPR Already has the following MAJOR Revenues coming in:

1. From the PR from September 13th:
The Company posted its financial results today for the year-to-date ending June 30, 2006, which showed a 440% gain in revenue of $11,493,118 compared to $2,614,191 in revenues for the same period ending June 30, 2005. The financial results also showed a net income of $320,419 for the six months ending June 30, 2006, which is an increase of 231% over the same period ending June 30, 2005.

Management plans to continue to grow revenue and profits through joint ventures, acquisition and/or investment in Pan-American companies and infrastructure projects in Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, Venezuela and the Caribbean. The Company has a main office in the U.S. and representative offices in Costa Rica and Panama.


PayPro, Inc. will begin offering online to non US citizens only restricted shares in blocks of 10,000 for $100 or .01 through the Fundacion PayPro Foundation. They will issue A PDR (see below).

*** Notice the above mentioned plans have already been announced and we now are starting to receive huge contracts, which will be bringing home some extremely huge revenues and net revenues to PYPR shareholders :) ***

2. From the PR from October 18th:

Mike Terrell, PayPro, Inc CEO, stated, "The joint venture agreement creates a long-term alliance on major projects in the region. Trinitum recently signed an agreement to provide all the insurance, for the next 50 years, for the major toll road that crosses Mexico City. Included in the agreement is a 50 year revenue sharing clause, worth over $150,000,000 over the life of the contract to PayPro, Inc. The group will provide more than 51 types of insurance to the project. PayPro also gives the Trinitum Group the ability to bid on the employee payroll, toll tags, readers, and a state-of-the-art RFID debit card toll payment system also a 50 year contract which alone would increase PayPro revenues $35,000,000 to $70,000,000 a year. This joint venture represents a major opportunity for PayPro to solidify its long-term financial growth and adds another major revenue stream."

**** So this joint venture with Trinitum is ALREADY bringing in $150,000,000.00 over 50 years, so about 3 million in revenues a year for 50 years, talk about consistant cash flow :) Also the ability to close a another 50 year contract which would bring in up to $35,000,000.00- $70,000,000.00 a YEAR! ******

3. From the PR from October 31st:

PayPro Real Estate Development, a division of PayPro, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PYPR), in association with Desarrollo De Panama, S.A. announced today the 3 stage Las Huacas De Boquete Project; an Environmentally and Ecologically pristine development that Covers an area of 2,357 acres of which 1,730 acres will be developed, and 628 acres that have been set aside to make up the Micro Forests properties -- "A family's way to gain carbon (CO2) neutrality status." The development adjoins the city of Boquete.

LAS HUACAS DE BOQUETE will be developed in 3 stages designed to add and to preserve the natural resources and increase the popularity of the region.

Stage One will include the development of the Master Plan where the entire project will be divided into 7 areas (districts), each with its own theme and lifestyles that include shopping centers, health complexes, bilingual education centers, mountain homes and condominiums all of which must be built within the safeguards designed to preserve and protect the environment and natural flora and fauna.

Stage Two will be the creation of a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) offering 700 (Seven Hundred) Participating Fiduciary Units (Variable Income) at US $100,000 each, Equal to 10,000 m(2)(Ten Thousand Square Meters) per Unit. Revenues to us for this residential phase alone should approximate $70 million USD. The development of a world class hotel, golf course and condominium mountain resort.

Stage Three will be the sale of the individual units (districts) that make up Las Huacas De Boquete, Chiriqui, Republic of Panama, the jewel of Panama's Golden Triangle.

*** So we have $70,000,000.00 in Revenues just from the residential phase. The company has mentioned more deals coming up, one can only imagine the larger Commercial Projects that PYPR has coming and the enormous Revenues that will accompany them :) ****


So to sum it up we had

$11,493,118.00 as of the end of the June Filing Period and the stock was trading around .0003-.0005 at that time

then you add in $150,000,000.00 over 50 years which is around $3,000,000.00 a year in revenues to the bottom line but $150,000,000.00 in foward revenues which should make our stock skyrocket fundamentally!

Then you add in the $35,000,000.00-$70,000,000.00 per year revenues from the Trinitum joint venture And your talking a minimum of $79,000,000.00 - $114,000,000 Revenues based on the June filing and Trintum Revenues! if you add in the entire $150,000,000.00 over 50 years and look foward we have $228,000,000.00 - $263,000,000.00 million in revenues based on the June Filing and recent prs Oh yeah did I mention We aren't done yet


Todays big pr adds $70,000,000.00 to the above mentioned numbers and keep in mind we are going to have Commercial projects with even bigger revenues announced!

So now we have $298,000,000 - $333,000,000.00 in Revenues

If this doesn't excite you I don't know what will as an investor.

This by far is the biggest no brainer buy in Pennystock history!

I hope to see a lot of INVESTORS come into PYPR at these current prices :)
