Ya Stakeholders in the debt ridden insolvent empty blackhole shell that it is the bankrupt BioAmber Inc.

All these funds must be investing for the EOY write off because “best interest of all stake holders” and “will not cause any hardship for any party in interest that is not outweighed by the benefits” means Bioamber shareholders are losing everything!

They are stakeholders in BioAmber Inc. but not in the purchase consideration for its assets. Only three secured creditors are as PwC states.

In the meantime BioAmber Inc. is no longer making its SEC filings, it’s Board of Directors and Officers have all resigned...and its website is now, apparently, gone.

What common shareholders are “stakeholders” in is steadily evaporating.
