Management is complicit in all the dumping that takes place day after day.

If they were not, don't you think they would have made SOME comment on this blatant dumping by now.

So they report Q3 and suddenly the dumping stops???

HMMmmmmmmmm.......somehow that's a tough sell, but if I am wrong I will be happy to admit it as I would make a lot of money.
