I say news by Halloween most likely. A few days after is possible however. Slight logistical delays in Merck negotiations. The Dr looking to sock it to the naysayers with Merck in first PR rather than second or third. Merck shall be signing off on deal according to my contact at Merck from my journalism days sometime before November 2nd lads.
