Yes you should be asking for a physical certificate.

I did everything by email so I had record.

They said they would forward physical certificates as soon as they had them.

I included links to the PR from WEYL which gave the instructions and that the DTC and FINRA were both on board.

So I should be asking for physical certificate or? My reply was from Ameritrade Help Desk.
