True Dat'. And, if anyone truly believed IJJP was a "winner" and set to move up by more than just a few ticks, there would be some buying interest here and those 40+ Million shares that have been sitting on the Ask at .0004 for days now would have been flying off the shelves and be gone. But, alas, most traders and investors know the story here and realize this for what it is.
Of course, any time there is even the slightest buying here, a lot more shares are put out on the Ask making it clear that there are a lot of folks wanting out of these shares right now.
