#34388 RE: DJ Ponder #34387

What’s interesting to me is traders who believe in the “OTC Shorty” nonsense. Just a bit of simple DD would have blown that out of the water, starting with the $2.50 per share requirement to short these OTC scams priced under $5. What astute trader is going to put up $2,500,000 in margin to short a million shares of a sub penny P&D like EVTI? Answer: No one.

Ahh, but the story never gets old, mythical meanie shorts and non-existent squeezes. Never the fact of being totally scammed by management as discussed in hundreds of regulatory documents concerning OTC scams. Having an imaginary item to blame like shorts keeps those really scary thoughts away, like it's all a scam.

Factcheckers have been providing the details needed for thorough EVTI DD for years. And now the fact the SEC charged the EVTI founder, Gannon Giguiere, with microcap fraud - that should be the dead giveaway.
