Who is our seller of over 2.5 million shares?

1. Someone who does not want to kill the stock by dumping.

2. Someone who does not want the stock to rapidly increase.

3. Someone who has a large number of shares and is perfectly satisfied to be selling at .80

4. Someone who just wants some money from his shares.

This all points to someone very dumb because he could be selling at a higher price due to nice demand right now or management. We cannot discount management selling. They have filed to sell. They would not want to attract attention by selling at a high price as before when they got the stock dumped on the pinks. They could just give themselves more options so the number of shares they would be selling really isn't germaine and management is sure pumping this stock for some reason.

It could be that management has just given a large number of shares to someone for compensation and they are dumping but we will sure be able to tell if management sold by checking the filings shortly.
