As David has announced, the countdown clock to a presale of the Company’s KLK20 cryptotoken is up and running at KlickZie.io, with the presale starting at noon UTC time (that’s 8 AM Eastern daylight time) on Monday October 29th, barely a week out. This is a big step for us. This will take care of interested KLK20 investors who are bonafide US accredited investors or bonafide non-US persons. A Reg A+ registration of KLK20 tokens is in the works for submission to the SEC, aimed at taking care of all other interested investors. Sadly, we can give no assurances as to when and if such an A+ registration can be effective.
I believe David has posted here and on the Company’s Twitter feed that we are filing a new KlickZie patent application that will capture a huge portion of digital information sharing in the new blockchain economy within a structure we call the KlickZie ArKnet. We believe that the KlickZie ArKnet will have the effect of amplifying the value of the KLK20 token within the KlickZie ecosystem.
To me, the near term value of the ArK concept is that the ArK app is much easier much less expensive to roll out than the KlickZie trusted imaging app, and can generate revenues at the get-go, with quite high upside.
We hope that KLK20 sales beginning right away, and ArKnet revenues beginning as soon as an app is configured, will solve many near term problems.
Let me touch on three other ArKnet matters that we can share at this time:
1. The ArKnet aims at a global footprint among both consumers and businesses. The KlickZie ArKnet and KlickZie imaging are closely connected via the KLK20 ecosystem. The ArKnet may be the greatest consumer of KlickZie trusted imagery over the long term.
2. We intend to file the ArKnet patent disclosure in a few days and file our provisional patent applications as soon as possible thereafter, probably within a few weeks. Through David, we will keep you posted on that.
3. We won’t disclose the exact content of the ArKnet patent application until the patent is allowed by the patent office or until 18 months has passed after application is submitted, at which time the patent office automatically publishes the application. However, we are encouraged to speak publicly about the hopes surrounding the ArKnet technology, and we aim to do that.
4. When the ArK app is rolled out, even in its early forms, our competitors will begin to see what’s up. But they will still be in the dark about the nature of the claims that protect the app for 18 months or until the patent issues whichever comes first. For those reasons the Company will maintain the secrecy of the patent details as long as permitted.
