DKTS/William Alessi - Thanks. That case has been going on since May of 2017. Alessi last filed a Proposal for Default Judgement in October of 2017 but it was never approved/accepted by the courts.
It looks like the only difference this time around is that Alessi is asking that he be appointed as the receiver. Back in 2017 he was asking for his attorney buddy Angela Collette to be appointed as the custodian.
The rest of the order reads pretty much exactly the same as last year outside of him using a new attorney this time for the submission - Carl Smart.
I'm curious to see if he has better luck this time.
