How do you figure they are so different from other MJ companies is they are in fact using domestically grown hemp?

Hemp companies producing, selling hemp products without any licenses or permits to do that in USA. Hemp products crossing state borders without any consequences so far.

MJ companies need state permits, licenses in order to make and sell MJ products. MJ products can only be sold in state they were made. No crossing state borders.
