I think his main point was that the lenders want to weaken QMC, its options to respond, tie them up over a long term, etc to gain an edge in winning their case. Not on the case's merits, because they don't look like they have a great case against QMC. So his saying that QMC might have difficulties getting shareholders to issue more shares, if that's how you interpret what he is saying, is only one part of what he is saying, which I see as a very valid message in its entirety. Not that we should be arguing about minor points, because we are all on the same side, wanting QMC to do well, right?
