So you are saying that the BOD acted irresponsibly when they announced the cash dividend policy?

Yes, I do think that the BOD acted irresponsibly when they announced the cash dividend policy. It's not like I don't need it or want it, but they barely survive by issuing literally million of shares just to keep afloat. Let the cash dividend alone as for now. They barely have surplus of cash. I am more worried about the company's future than pleasing the shareholders in short-run.
