Who told you that stocks are going only up if there is no dilution?

It´s the complete opposite. The stocks without dilution are often dead, no one buys these stocks.

Most pennystocks go up if there is dilution.

How would your plan work out with waiting until dilution stops in $4m convertible debt stock $PPCB for example?

Do you think all stocks you buy currently are dilution free and they release only news to inform investors? LOL Unbelievable!
