The Army, the D.O.D., and the government move at a very slow pace in regards to KBLB and everything else, as all governments do. As of about ten days ago, they had not YET scheduled the testing of the shoot packs. Again, we sit and wait.
So, I imagine that this is Kim's fault also. This is the point I have been making. Some things are out of Kim and Jon's hands, yet they, especially Kim, get blamed for it. I am not saying that Kim is blameless, since we are all human, and we all make mistakes. I am trying to say that Monday morning quarterbacking is extremely easy, especially when folks do not know what is happening behind the scenes.
