Lots of reasons for the carve-out.

For the partners
- they want to see an IPO and return on their investment.

For SIAF
- they didn't have the money to acquire all the fish farms
- Also the IPO and value creation

For all parties
- better financing opportunities
- You have to be self-sufficient in order to be tax exempt. Which basically means AF3 and AF4 have to be the same company.
