The deal was never consummated as was written in the filings. He returned them,

As far as your little rant on that so called consultant,
here’s a few questions that I would LOVE to bring to
Court and ask Rick.

1. What qualifications did this “Consultant” provide that
allowed Rick and the Board a aye vote to release
said 10 Million Company Shares.

2. Would this “Consultant” have provide fair value in participation
of the Company? If so, what Consulting Resume or
“Consulting Background” did this “Consultant” provide to
Rick and the Company Board which concluded in the offer of
10 Million Shares of Company Stock. Why did Rick simply
HAND OUT 10 MILLION SHARES OF COMPANY STOCK
IF, IN FACT, THIS PERSON WAS NOT AN ACTUAL CONSULTANT?
What if Rick attempted to BRIBE SAID CONSULTANT TO MAKE HIM
STOP SLAMMING HIS COMPANIES ON PUBLIC STOCK THREADS???
WHAT IF THIS “CONSULTANT WAS SO OFFENDED ABOUT THE
PRESS RELEASE STATING A $700 MILLION DOLLAR MINE, THAT HE
DEFACED THIS 10 MILLION SHARE CERT AND SENT IT BACK TO THE
TRANSFER AGENT, NOTE: IT WAS NOT SENT BACK TO THE
COMPANY OR THE TREASURY, IT WAS SENT BACK TOTALLY DEFACED
AND SENT BACK TO THE TRANSFER AGENT!!!

RICK GETS CAUGHT IN YET ANOTHER LIE!!!! IMAGINE THAT!!!!


Having said this, let’s take this sorry excuse of a man to U. S. Court
and send their SORRY ASSES TO JAIL!!!!!!!!
