The company is acquiring certain assets (vidbox kiosks) from a company affiliated with a co-founder of Netflix and former management of redbox and blockbuster.
LCLP acquiring up to 4000 durable NCR kiosk vending machines that are already ready to go and just need re-branding with new products (Cannibus/MJ/Weed). I think the general consensus on this board is that LCLP appears to be going into the Cannibus/MJ/WEEd Kiosk Vending sector.
1). The word "acquire". I do not believe LCLP is "acquiring" these kiosk just to sell videos. I believe they are 'acquiring" them for a different purpose and use.
2). The 8k said the machines were built by NCR and can be used for other things besides selling dvd's. I believe LCLP is acquiring these kiosk to use them for"support transactions beyond video rental" <<<<<<<<---This is clearly what the 8k says.Cannibus/MJ/Weed??? We shall see.
3). Lastly, I think this very important tidbit from the 8k went over all our heads. The 8k says:
"Life Clips Inc. (the “Company”) has entered into a letter of intent to acquire certain assets of Vidbox Mexico Inc., a Nevada corporation including up to 4,000 VidBox Kiosks. VidBox Kiosks allow people to rent movies or videos games. Currently, VidBox, through its subsidiaries, operates over 360 Vidbox kiosks in Mexico."
If only 360 Vidbox machines are in place, on ground in certain parts of Mexico....(drumroll), WHERE IS THE OTHER MISSING 3700??? Are they in a warehouse getting re-manufactured and restored for a different use other than the sell of dvd videos???
