Yes - of course.

The PR of Aug 2017 - from the Receiver - states
that Boreal is to be Liquidated and yet the Lawyer
informed me that NO Assets of Boreal have been
sold - which contradicts a Liquidation Plan.

The e-mail address in the PR is no longer in effect
however the phone number is still in effect and
I left a voice message.

I prefer an e-mail address so that I can obtain a
written update if possible. I will search for an
alternative e-mail address.

That is my guess. It's still may be operated by the same person(s). There was a member that posted on here that drove by a few times now and then.
